Jeany obtained a First-Class degree in English Literature from Oxford University in 2004, and completed her training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2007.
Since 2008, Jeany has built a diverse career across television, film, theatre, and radio. She’s best known for starring as Linda Wallander in BBC's Wallander (2008-2015), and has delivered standout performances in Tess of the D’Urbervilles, Man Down, The Interceptor, the BBC miniseries Collateral, and in critically-acclaimed feature film Portraits of Dangerous Women.
Jeany has forthcoming roles in the thriller feature film 'By The Throat', Channel 4 detective drama 'Patience', in the mini-series Inheritance for Sky TV alongside Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Jonny Lee Miller, and the will be reuniting with Wallander's Kenneth Branagh in upcoming feature film The Last Disturbance of Madeline Hynde.
